Home Work Hiccups (homeworkhiccups.in) is a brand of Skill Making. This website is owned, operated and managed by Skill Making. In this document, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Skill Making and its Home Work Hiccups brand, and “you” refers to anyone who visits this website or buys from it.
In short: all Home Work Hiccups products are digital downloads (PDF files). Because the files are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned”, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges or cancellations once a purchase is complete. Please download our free sample and check the preview images and page lists before you buy.
1. Digital products – no refunds
Every pack sold on this website is a printable PDF that you can download immediately after payment. Once your order is placed and the download is made available to you, the sale is final. We do not provide refunds for:
- change of mind, or deciding you no longer need the pack;
- buying the wrong pack, class or age level;
- already having similar worksheets;
- printer, paper, ink or device issues on your side;
- not reading the product description, page list or preview images;
- a child not using or not enjoying the worksheets.
2. Try before you buy
To help you decide, we provide:
- a free sample PDF so you can check the quality, style and print size;
- preview images of real pages on every product page;
- a detailed list of what is inside each pack, including page count, age range and skills covered.
If you are unsure which pack suits your child, email us before buying and we will gladly help.
3. When we will help
A no-refund policy does not mean no help. We will put things right in these situations:
- Duplicate payment: if you were charged twice for the same order, we will refund the extra payment.
- Payment taken but no order or download: if money was debited but the order failed and you did not receive download access, we will either give you access to the product or refund the payment.
- Faulty file: if a file is corrupted, incomplete or will not open, we will send you a working copy. If we cannot fix the problem, we will refund that product.
- Expired download link: if your download link has expired, contact us and we will help you download your purchase again.
4. How to contact us
Email support@homeworkhiccups.in within 7 days of your purchase with your order number, the email address used at checkout and a short description of the problem (a screenshot helps). We reply within 1–2 business days.
5. How approved refunds are paid
Approved refunds (only in the cases in section 3) are made to the original payment method through Razorpay. Banks usually take 5–7 business days to show the amount in your account.
6. Chargebacks
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us first; we resolve most issues quickly. Raising a chargeback or payment dispute for a delivered digital product without contacting us may lead to your download access being suspended.
