Home Work Hiccups (homeworkhiccups.in) is a brand of Skill Making. This website is owned, operated and managed by Skill Making. In this document, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Skill Making and its Home Work Hiccups brand, and “you” refers to anyone who visits this website or buys from it.
By using this website or buying any product from it, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. Our products are made for children, but purchases must be made by adults (parents, guardians, teachers or schools).
2. Our products
All products are digital downloads (printable PDF files). No physical item is shipped. Product pages describe the content, page count and suggested age; preview images show sample pages. Colours on screen may look slightly different when printed.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹). Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards and netbanking). Free products need no payment.
- We may change prices or run offers at any time. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order.
4. Delivery and downloads
- After payment, you can download your files immediately from the order confirmation page, and download links are also sent to your email.
- Download links have limits (for example, a set number of downloads within a set number of days). Please save your files to your device. If a link expires, contact us and we will help.
- You are responsible for entering a correct email address at checkout.
5. No refunds
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and no refunds, returns or cancellations are provided, except in the limited cases described in our Refund Policy (such as duplicate payments or faulty files). Please try our free sample before buying.
6. Licence: how you may use the files
When you buy a pack, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence, not ownership of the content.
You may:
- print the pages as many times as you need for your own children or family;
- if you are a teacher or tutor, print copies for the students in one classroom or tuition batch that you teach.
You may not:
- share, forward, email, upload or post the PDF files or pages (for example on WhatsApp groups, Google Drive, social media, school portals or other websites);
- sell, resell, rent or give away the files or printed copies;
- use the content in your own products, books, apps or commercial materials;
- remove copyright notices or claim the work as your own.
Schools or centres wanting to use the materials across several classrooms should contact us for a multi-classroom licence.
7. Intellectual property
All worksheets, illustrations, designs, text, logos and other content on this website are owned by Skill Making (Home Work Hiccups) and protected by copyright and other laws. Misuse may lead to your access being cancelled and legal action.
8. Marketing communications
We may contact you about new packs, free resources, tips and offers using the information you provide, as explained in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to hack it, interfere with its working, make fraudulent purchases or copy content in bulk.
10. Limitation of liability
Our products are educational practice materials provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, Skill Making is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Please supervise children during activities, especially those involving scissors, glue or small cut-out pieces.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand, India.
